Fostering a culture of purpose and connection

We’re passionate about positively contributing to the communities in which we live and operate in. This means continuing to invest in charitable initiatives across Australia through the Smartgroup Foundation. In 2023 alone, we provided nearly $250,000 of funding through the Foundation.

With the launch of our Social Impact Framework in 2024, we will ensure that our charitable initiatives align with the social impact we are seeking to have more broadly as an organisation, leading to greater visibility and tracking of the impact of our charitable efforts over time.

Within the communities we engage with and beyond, we're committed to strengthening our connections and contributing to the reconciliation movement. Our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has been endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, guiding our efforts to take measurable steps that support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people.
