Investing in our People

  • STRIVE Leadership program – This program provides our frontline leaders with the skills to become resilient, inspiring and inclusive leaders who engage and grow their teams to deliver customer service excellence.
  • CSIA Customer Excellence Training – A full-day workshop for our customer service teams that focuses on the essential skills and techniques to better support the unique needs of our customers.
  • Insights Discovery Workshop – A powerful profiling tool based on Carl Jung's theories around personality types. Insights Discovery offers increased self-awareness, looks at self-development team effectiveness, and helps us become better communicators, leaders and team players.
