We’re working differently right now
The Australian Government response to COVID-19 has developed rapidly, and we are continuing to adapt the way we work to ensure our compliance and the safety and wellbeing of our people, our clients and your employees.
Most of our team are working from home - but we are here, fully staffed and working hard to maintain our service and ensure there is no interruption to your Smartgroup service.
We’ve introduced contingencies and as the situation develops, we may need to make changes to the way we do things. We will provide any updates on this page and you can continue to contact us here
Working from home
We’ve now moved to most of our workforce working from home. Those attending the office are observing strict social distancing rules. We will continue to operate this way until Government restrictions are lifted and it is safe to return to normal operation.
Fully staffed and operational
We are operating at full capacity, working hard to ensure our high service levels, and are confident that critical activities can continue.

End of FBT year
End of FBT year reporting will be uninterrupted by working from home arrangements and we do not anticipate any delays.
New ways of supporting your employees
In-line with government recommendations, our team members, for the short-term only, will cease to work out of our client sites. To ensure we continue to service employees new to salary packaging we have and are making available alternative channels, including phone appointments (available both during and after business hours) and webinars.
