Smartgroup has today announced the appointment of Bianca Bates as the new Chief Customer Officer.
Bianca is a proven leader with comprehensive experience in financial services and professional services. Bianca joins Smartgroup from Cuscal, where she is currently the Deputy CEO and Chief Client Officer.
Bianca has a strong reputation for developing successful client partnerships and bringing a customer-centric focus to digital strategy and marketing. She will be the executive responsible for client account management, digital, marketing and sales.
