We're taking steps to integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles into how we operate as a business. Our ESG framework and initiatives are overseen by the Board ESG sub-committee. This Committee ensures that we operate our business ethically, responsibly, and sustainably. It also ensures that we communicate transparently to our stakeholders about our policies and our progress as a leader in corporate responsibility and sustainability.
For our supply chain partners, we have policies in place to drive positive changes beyond our direct operations. Our Human Rights Policy was endorsed in 2023 and going forward, this will continue to shape our Human Rights and Modern Slavery Roadmap, helping us improve our practices to eradicate all forms of modern slavery.
This year's annual sustainability report is the first we have completed in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. Additionally, we conducted our first risk assessment in line with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and we have published our roadmap to full alignment with the Sustainability Standards set by the International Financial Reporting Board by 2026.
