Last Friday, the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) held its annual Australian Service Excellence Awards (ASEA) and we’re proud to have had our Vehicle Sales Team named Service Champion in the Customer Service Team of the year – Medium category. In addition, one of our amazing Vehicle Sales Consultants, Robert Kent, also won Customer Service Professional of the Year. Congratulations Robert! We’re thrilled with these results.

Recognising the teams’ efforts
With the Electric Car Discount Policy, we've helped customers save thousands when purchasing an electric vehicle under a novated lease. The teams exceptional service has increased business leads - facilitating expansion. The sales support team has also been empowered to engage customers at the front end of the process, actioning customer enquiries generated through the online leasing calculator. As a result, we achieved higher quoting rates, orders, and vehicle settlements.
