Smartgroup is pleased to announce the acquisition of the RACV Salary Solutions business, and is expecting to complete 1 November 2017.
RACV Salary Solutions is a national provider of salary packaging administration and novated leasing services. It administers approximately 38,000 salary packages for around 700 clients nationally.
Commenting on the acquisition, Smartgroup Managing Director and CEO Deven Billimoria said: “RACV Salary Solutions will further extend our offering to organisations in all segments of the market.”

RACV Salary Solutions joins the late August acquisition of Aspire – a Sydney-based novated leasing specialist - to extend Smartgroup’s presence in the salary packaging and novated leasing market.
