The Smartleasing Vehicle Customer Service Team won the Service Champion award and team member Mark Valana won the Service Hero award under the Customer Service Manager of the Year category.
Regarded as Australia’s most prestigious customer service awards event, the Australian Service Excellence Awards by CSIA recognises Australian individuals and organisations that demonstrate high standards of management, training, and commitment to excellence.
